What to Include

  • Account help: your account email and a description of the issue. Never send your password or full payment card number.
  • Billing or refunds: your order number, invoice number, charge date, and the reason for the request.
  • Generation issues: the local task ID, approximate time, model, and a screenshot if available. Do not resend sensitive prompts unless necessary.
  • Privacy requests: state whether you want to access, correct, export, or delete personal data and provide enough information for identity verification.
  • Copyright or abuse reports: identify the content, explain your rights or concern, and provide a way for us to follow up.

Signed-in users may also open a support ticket, which keeps account and technical information together.

Response Times

We aim to acknowledge messages within 2 business days. Billing, privacy, security, and abuse reports may require additional verification and normally receive a substantive response within 5 business days. These are service targets, not guaranteed deadlines.

Security

Do not email passwords, authentication codes, secret API keys, private keys, or full card details. Qwen Image 3 support will never ask for your password.
